Workflow (’25)
Each photograph passes through an invisible path until it stands before us. It searches for its form, gets lost, finds itself again, flowing through stages of doubt and clarity. Like water that shapes the landscape without being seen, the process leaves its traces on the paper. ‘Workflow’ is a reflection on the flow of the creative process, an observation on how thought becomes matter, how images find their rhythm through trials, repetitions, and pauses. Every work carries something of the time it took to be made, the breath preceding the decision, the doubt preceding certainty, the beauty of the moment when the imperfect begins to take on meaning.

Fallow Phase (’24)
‘Fallow Phase’ presents the personal work of fifteen participants from the ’24 classes of Paper Drop photography development and curation workshop. The term ‘fallow phase’ originates from agriculture and refers to the period during which a field is left to rest, so that it can restore nutrients and improve its productivity. In this case, it is used metaphorically to describe the era during which photographers, in a creative pause from producing artistic work, present the results of their efforts, offering themselves the opportunity for feedback, introspection, and consequently, renewal and preparation for their future development.
